Win-Win Financial Education of Amston, is a financial coaching and counseling company which helps individuals, families, and small businesses. The company started after owners Mike Talbott and Charles Daniels recognized that there was a serious lack of reliable, impartial assistance in their community. This realization came while both men and their families were working their way out of significant consumer debt. They were unable to find honest advice, a solid plan, or a mentor willing to work with them through the process. The plan that they created worked terrifically for them and that’s when Win-Win was created.

The business’ name came about because once people obtain financial freedom, their relationships are better, their health improves, they are happier, and so forth. A true Win-Win all around! Charles brings experience as a small business owner, as well as experience in banking and accounting. Mike’s background in psychology and consulting allows them to look at the reason why people make the decisions that they do. Together they help their customers create customized plans to drastically improve their financial situation by providing them with the knowledge to make good decisions and the understanding that their behaviors determine their future.

Win Win Financial will provide the fundamental framework for people to shape their financial behaviors so that they can make the most intelligent and practical decisions for themselves and their family.

We focus on debt elimination through customized plans and budgeting tools. We guide customers to eliminate debt, save money and avoid the pitfalls of uninformed spending. Our goal is to increase financial literacy in Connecticut through coaching and better education.

WHO WE ARE NOT

We are not debt consolidators, credit counselors, financial analysts, stock brokers, CPAs, attorneys, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, or insurance salesmen.
We have no financial products to sell. While we do complement all of the above service professionals, our job is to facilitate knowledge and empowerment so that our customers can make good choices.
