Marlborough, CT-  Chi Consulting LLC celebrates one year of helping local businesses, associations and non-profits to grow, market themselves, and coordinate events. Companies that typically need marketing consulting services are: businesses that want to thrive, those that are going through major changes, and those that do not have enough full time marketing staff to properly achieve goals.

“Thank you to all my clients for helping to make this first year a success,” said Chi LaBossiere, president of Chi Consulting. “I look forward to continuing to help you and many other clients in the years to come.”

When asked what the name of her company means she explained that as well as being her first name, “Chi” means growth energy and power while “Consulting” means to provide professional services. She said that her services help companies to focus on what will help them grow and then leads them through the process of achieving those goals.

The types of services she offers are: strategic counseling, creating marketing and communications campaigns, designing advertisements and placing them, writing press releases, producing creative events, and more. Although she provides most of these services herself she also works with several local graphic designers, web site designers, printers, caterers, florists, and other companies to help provide all the services that her clients need.  

“I really enjoy helping people and businesses thrive,” Chi LaBossiere said. “My company is about working with good people to create positive change.”

On her time off she volunteers as the Publicity Chair for the Marlborough Junior Women’s group and helps other non-profits in their marketing efforts. In 2002 she helped to found a non-profit organization for artists in the Hartford area, and served as the Vice Chair of the board of directors for two terms. In the past she worked as a Marketing Director, an Advertising Project Manager, and a Financial Analyst for a 68 million dollar project. She also created a clothing drive for abused women and volunteered in several soup kitchens.
