Farley earned the MK Signature platinum Pontiac Grand Prix as a result of her outstanding achievement in her business. Currently, approximately 10,000 sales force members in the U.S. have qualified to earn company cars through the career car program.

Farley began her Mary Kay business in 1980 and became a Sales Director in 1982. She credits her consultants for the continued success of her Unit. Each consultant runs her own independent business, working it around her lifestyle and goals.
