SCORE to Speak
at MBA Meeting

The
Marlborough Business Association (MBA) will hold
a meeting on Thursday, Feb. 16 at the
Marlborough Tavern, located at 3-5 East Hampton
Road, Marlborough, CT. The Marlborough Tavern is
the hosting MBA member, and the meeting will run
from 6:40 – 8:30 p.m. Guest speakers include Tim
Landry, teacher at RHAM and head of the business
club, DECA, and Bob Hager, SCORE representative
and chairman of the Hartford SCORE Chapter 56.
SCORE, "Counselors to America's Small Business,"
is a non-profit organization dedicated to
entrepreneurial education and the formation,
growth and success of small businesses
nationwide. SCORE's corps of volunteer
counselors are working /retired business owners,
executives and corporate leaders who are eager
to share their wisdom and the lessons they've
learned in business to help entrepreneurs launch
and operate successful businesses. Mentoring
with SCORE is free of charge.
The MBA is a non-profit organization dedicated
to growing and strengthening businesses in the
Marlborough area. All business people in
Marlborough and the surrounding region are
